Today’s Tip: The wheat crop has been genetically modified. We no longer can process the greater amounts of gluten protein. Excess amounts of gluten protein are causing GI imbalances and Autoimmune Disease. Ancient grains like Sorghum and Amaranth are better sources of protein.
